CITY OF HOPE ORDINANCE NUMBER 293 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF HOPE, BONNER COUNTY, IDAHO, PROVIDING FOR VACATION OF A PORTION OF A PLATTED PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY; PROVIDING FOR THE REVERSION OF OWNERSHIP OF THE VACATED RIGHT OF WAY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
