Selkirk Fire to host Careywood open house

CAREYWOOD — Selkirk Fire, Rescue & EMS will host a 6 p.m. open house Thursday at Careywood Fire Station, 456055 Highway 95. 

The event will allow residents to learn about the services provided by firefighters at the station, which serves as the primary hub for emergency services in southern Bonner County.

The open house will also give voters in Sagle, Westside and Northside fire districts an opportunity to learn about the levy override requests that will appear May 20 election ballot.
