Climate crisis claims not backed by scientists
In his letter of March 25, Jack DeBaun says “Use of the word ‘crisis’ isn't alarmist, ideologically-motivated rhetoric.” But, as evidenced by the agencies he quoted, that is a false statement. All of those agencies make very alarming claims about climate change, even using the word “crisis” to imply that we have to do something now, before it is too late. That is very much alarmist. And the ideology, which can be traced directly to the United Nations International Panel on Climate Change, is very much socialist. To deny these facts is nothing less than intellectual dishonesty.
Most of the agencies quoted by Jack are dependent upon government grants for their enrichment. They have to go with the politically correct views regarding a climate crisis or they will collapse. (Maybe this is something that DOGE should look into.) But there are a large number of scientific experts who refuse to buy into government-supported lies.
S. Fred Singer, a renowned atmospheric and space physicist, is one who says outright that “There is no climate crisis.” And he has amassed a long list of fellow experts who agree that there is no climate crisis. (See NIPCC on the net.) Since they do not accept money from the government, they are far more believable than anyone from NASA or the other groups quoted by Jack. And let us remember that NASA only pays five dollars a day to those astronauts who are stranded in space. What does that do to NASA’s credibility?
