Stolen property was reported recovered on Luby Bay Road in Priest Lake at 8:53 a.m. 

A non-compliant sex offender was placed under investigation in Bonner County at 9:49 a.m. 

Report of a reckless driver on Highway 95 in the greater Sandpoint area at 9:40 a.m. 

A follow-up report was taken on Trickle Creek Lane in Sagle at 11:26 a.m. 

Michelle Guinard, 49, of Oldtown was arrested on N. Boyer Road at 2:01 p.m. on an outstanding warrant from Latah County. 

Report of a 911 hang-up on Highway 95 in the Athol area at 2:20 p.m. 

Report of a theft of property on Antelope Loop near Clark Fork at 3:14 p.m. 

Report of a welfare check on Gun Club Road in Sagle at 4:25 p.m. 

Deputies, Bonner County EMS and Selkirk Fire responded to assist Idaho State Police at the scene of a non-injury crash reported on Highway 95 in the Sagle area at 4:49 p.m. 

Report of a theft on Highway 95 in the greater Sagle area at 4:14 p.m. 

A case was assigned to cover a report of a reckless driver in the area of Spirit Lake Cutoff and Heartwood Lane in Spirit Lake at 4:56 p.m. 

A follow-up report was taken on Riley Creek Park Drive in Laclede at 4:50 p.m. 

Amber Timblin, 41, of Sandpoint, and Scott Hegstad, 44, of Sandpoint, were arrested in the W. Bronx Road area at 5:04 p.m. on charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. 

A possible drunken driver was reported in the area of Dufort and Mays roads in Sagle at 9:59 p.m. 

Report of suspicious circumstances on Oden Bay Drive at 10:03 p.m. 

Marijuana and paraphernalia were seized for destruction following a traffic stop on Highway 2 near Priest River at 11:29 a.m.

Jan. 30 

Report of a practice drill in the 1000 block of N. Boyer Avenue at 7:51 a.m. 

Report of possible child abuse in the city at 10:32 a.m. 

A controlled substance incident on Oak Street was placed under investigation at 10:30 a.m. 

Report of a stop arm violation in the S. Boyer Avenue area at 11:14 a.m. 

A civil standby was requested in the 900 block of Spruce Street at 12:03 p.m. 

Accidental 911 activation was reported on Fifth Avenue at 12:35 p.m. 

An officer was unable to locate the source of a 911 hang-up reported in the Spruce Street area at 12:47 p.m. 

A male was transported to BGH for treatment at 2:40 p.m. 

Items were reported taken from the 400 block of S. Division Avenue at 3:13 p.m. 

A 911 hang-up in the Pine Street area was determined to be unfounded at 3:02 p.m. 

Report of a reckless driver near Fifth Avenue and Larch Street at 4:12 p.m. 

A case was assigned to cover an agency assist on Spruce Street at 7:28 p.m. 

Report of a possible family offense on Samuelson Avenue at 9:16 p.m. 

Report of suspicious circumstances on N. Division Avenue at 10:54 p.m.
