NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given the City Council of the City of Oldtown will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 3, 2025 beginning at 3:30 p.m. at Oldtown City Hall located at 215 N. Washington Avenue, Oldtown, Idaho to receive testimony regarding a request by Real Life Selkirk to construct and operate a church. The proposal is to construct a 17,000+/- sq. ft. building with a sanctuary, classrooms, indoor and outdoor play areas for children and offices. The occupant load of the building is 824. Uses are described in the application as “Church facility for worship services and related uses and also other community uses”. West Bonner Water & Sewer District utilities serve the property.
