NOTICE OF APPLICATION AND PUBLIC HEARING Pursuant to Section 58-104(9) and 58-1301, et seq., Idaho Code (The Lake Protection Act) and rules of the State Board of Land Commissioners, notice is hereby given that Long Bridge Land Holding Company LLC, has applied to expand existing commercial marina out to 639 fee and add boat lifts on Lake Pend Oreille. This announcement will serve as Notice that a Public Hearing will be held for this project.
