NOTICE OF APPLICATION AND PUBLIC HEARING    Pursuant to Section 58-104(9) and 58-1301, et seq., Idaho Code (The Lake Protection Act) and rules of the State Board of Land Commissioners, notice is hereby given that Long Bridge Land Holding Company LLC, has applied to expand existing commercial marina out to 639 fee and add boat lifts on Lake Pend Oreille. Location: adjacent to Lakeside Place Blk 10 Lot 2B Replat the Landing 41 South Restaurant, Sagle in Section 35 Township 57 North, Range 02 West; B.M., in Bonner County.    This announcement will serve as Notice that a Public Hearing will be held for this project. This Public Hearing will be conducted by the Office of Administrative Hearings to take testimony regarding the proposed project. An in-person, one-day evidentiary hearing is scheduled for March 6, 2025, beginning at 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time and going no later than 8:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
