NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bonner County Hearing Examiner will hold a public hearing at 1:30 pm on Wednesday, February 5, 2025 in the Bonner County Administration Building, 1500 Highway 2, Sandpoint, Idaho, by Zoom teleconference, and YouTube Livestream to consider the following request: File V0029-24 - Variance - Bulk Increase, Impervious Surface Increase, Lot coverage Increase, and Street Setback Allowance. The applicant is requesting a variance to the lot coverage to allow for 40% coverage where 35% is allowed. The applicant  is also asking for an impervious surface allowance of 70.9% where 52.5% is allowed. The applicant is requesting a 50.7%  bulk increase within the Cozy Lane setback standards, and a street setback of 17.5’ to Garfield Bay Rd, where 25’ is  required.
