Deputies responded to a non-injury accident on Clagstone Road in the Spirt Lake area at 7:29 p.m.

Report of information on Highway 95 at 5:14 p.m. 

Ethan W. Sheetz, 30, of Noxon, Montana, was arrested in the 476700 block of Highway 95 at 7:22 p.m. on a charge of driving under the influence.
