PUBLIC NOTICE  The Board of County Commissioners is calling for letters of interest from persons with interest/experience in landfills, recycling, and composting to serve on the Bonner County Solid Waste Advisory Committee. There are four available positions, 1 from District 1 (Sagle Area), 1 from District 2 (Priest River Area), and 2 from District 3 (Sandpoint Area) in Bonner County with a 3-year term commitment to begin in April 2025. The committee meets once a month on the second Monday at 9:00 a.m. at the Bonner County Administration Building. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING  SANDPOINT CITY COUNCIL  Notice is hereby given that the Sandpoint City Council will hold a Public Hearing at its regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, March 19, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. in Council Chambers at City Hall, 1123 W. OUTLET BAY SEWER DISTRICT, PRIEST LAKE, IDAHO  HIGHWAY 57 SEWER IMPROVEMENTS, 2025  ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS  Sealed Bids for the construction of the Outlet Bay Sewer District Highway 57 Sewer Improvements, 2025 project will be received by the Outlet Bay Sewer District, at the office of the District at 149 Outlet Bay Road, Priest Lake, ID 83856 until 2:00 p.m. local time on April 8, 2025, at which time the Bids received will be publically opened and read. Bids must be received prior to the established bid opening time to be considered. The Project consists of replacement of approximately 9,500 lineal feet of gravity and pressure sewer mainline. Installation will encompass deep gravity sewer mainline construction as well as pressure sewer installation via horizontal directional drilling. The proposed construction site is primarily located along the west side of State Highway 57 from Outlet Bay Road to Luby Bay Road as outlined on the construction plans.    Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form.
