The real facts surrounding the 2024 election

There is a small but very significant correction to be made to Michael Harmelin's letter (Daily Bee, March 18, 2025).  The following statistics can be verified on numerous websites — search "2024 election results."

In his letter, he states that Mr. Trump won the election by 1.6%. That percentage only includes Democrat and Republican votes, ignoring the 2,878,359 votes for other candidates from other parties. Counting all the votes of all the American People, 50.19% did not vote for Mr. Trump. He received just 49.81% — not a mandate, not a victory, just another fact that Mr. Trump won't admit and continues to lie about.
