Nieman now has own cubicle in Spokane Arena

Former Bulldog Alli Nieman, right, was inducted into the Inland Northwest Sports Hall of Fame last week, and now has a cubicle of her own at the Spokane Arena. Nieman won two state titles in volleyball at Sandpoint, and led the girls basketball team to a best ever 2nd place finish during a distinguished prep career. She became a four year starter and all-league basketball player at the University of Idaho, the only Vandal ever to finish with more than 2,000 points and 1,000 rebounds, and she’s still the program’s all-time leading scorer. It’s Nieman’s fourth Hall of Fame, including the Bulldogs, the University of Idaho and the Idaho Athletic Halls of Fame. Sandpoint residents and Alli’s parents Jim and Wendy Nieman, and brother Paul Nieman, joined a host of other friends and family on a special night.
