Idahoans will have to set their clocks forward an hour this Sunday at 2 a.m., despite efforts in the Legislature to stop the change. A bill by Rep. Christy Zito, R-Hammett, which would have exempted Idaho from observing daylight saving time, was returned to committee by House Majority Leader Mike Moyle, R-Star, effectively killing the proposal for the 2020 legislative session.
