FILE - In this March 28, 2020 file photo, a member of nursing home receives a bag from woman standing behind the barrier, in Logrono northern Spain. Governments in Europe's hardest-hit countries have yet to systematically test the residents of nursing homes or those who receive in-home care. In Spain, Italy and France, which together account for a third of the world's confirmed coronavirus cases, no one knows for sure how many people have become sick and died of coronavirus, especially among the elderly. The new coronavirus causes mild or moderate symptoms for most people, but for some, especially older adults and people with existing health problems, it can cause more severe illness or death.
