During a Tuesday conference call, Little expressed optimism on the state’s COVID-19 numbers, hinting toward a stage two re-opening Friday while explicitly saying he has not yet decided whether or not to approve the next step in his Rebound Idaho plan. Little has a press conference scheduled for Thursday to discuss stage two.
