A Type 3 fire team assumed control over fighting the Little Pine Fire seven miles north of Priest River.
The blaze is estimated to be 175 acres as of Thursday morning.

IDL firefighters battle Little Pine Fire
Firefighters mapped the Little Pine fire early Thursday morning, coming in at 175-acres, it is the first fire of significance this year.
