This Best Shot of the Perseids meteor shower was taken around mid-August somewhere near Clark Fork, in the Cabinet Mountains by local photographer Matthew Fox. "This photo is composite of multiple images shot on the same night in the exact same location, blended together to create the final image," Fox wrote in sharing the photograph.
