The Sandpoint Middle School 7th Grade A Team won the Region 1 district title after defeating River City in the opening round, Post Falls in the semifinals, and Woodland in the championship match. This year's team members included Elise Peak, Breckly Morton, Adi Coleman, Sophia Mayer, Mona Villelli, Brooklyn Lacy and head coach Amanda Balera.
