Sandpoint's Triston Tomco recently committed to continue his football career at the College of Idaho (NAIA) in Caldwell. Triston, an offensive lineman who primarily started at left tackle for the Bulldogs, was a two-time All-Inland Empire League selection during his junior and senior seasons and an Idahosports.com All-North Idaho 6A/5A selection during his senior season. Standing at 6 foot 3 inches tall and 230 pounds, he helped pave the way for 7,346 total yards (349.8 yards per game) and 82 total touchdowns during his two years as a starter. During his sophomore campaign in 2022 when Sandpoint reached the 4A state semifinals, he also saw time throughout the regular season. He'll join a winning program in the Yotes, which have posted a winning record every year since 2016.
