Clark Fork's Evrett Montgomery recently committed to continue his football career at the College of Idaho (NAIA) in Caldwell. Evrett, who played primarily wide receiver and cornerback during his three years on varsity, was a two-time All-North Star League selection during his junior and senior seasons. During his senior season, which consisted of just 5.5 games, he produced 843 total yards — 504 receiving and 339 rushing — and had 10 total touchdowns... four rushing, five receiving, and an 92-yard kickoff return; he also contributed 47 total tackles on defense. "Evrett is an exceptional athlete who is very talented," Clark Fork High head coach Patrick Young said. "He is totally committed to his craft and is focused on getting better everyday. Coaching him was so much fun, but I'm excited to see him play on Saturday's. Clark Fork football will always remember Evrett Montgomery."
