Idaho library materials bill moves to Senate for amendments
Idaho’s newest library bill is moving forward in the Idaho Legislature. The Senate State Affairs unanimously approved on Monday a motion from Senate President Pro Tempore Chuck Winder, R-Boise, to move House Bill 710 forward, but under the condition it receives amendments.

North Idaho College is hosting an event focused on introducing women to a variety of career and technical education programs offered at NIC. The inaugural CTE Women at Work event will be held from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday, April 16 at the NIC Parker Technical Education Center in Rathdrum.
