NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING USE OF FORGONE LEVY AUTHORITY AND PROPOSED BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR OCTOBER 2019 - SEPTEMBER 2020 CITY OF CLARK FORK, IDAHO A public hearing by the Clark Fork City Council, pursuant to Idaho Code 50-1002, will be held for consideration of the proposed use of the City's forgone levy authority with discussion of the proposed budget for the fiscal year that begins October 1, 2019 and ends September 30, 2020 to follow. The hearing will be at the Clark Fork City Hall, 110 East Third Avenue, Clark Fork, Idaho on Monday August 19, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. All interested persons are invited to appear and show cause, if any, why such budget should or should not be adopted.
