The above Grantor is named to comply with Idaho Code Section 45-1506(4)(a). No representation is made that they are or are not presently responsible for this obligation. DATED this 15th day of April, 2019. /s/ Josh Hickey Josh Hickey, Successor Trustee STATE OF IDAHO COUNTY OF BONNER This record was acknowledged before me on April 15, 2019, by Josh Hickey as Successor Trustee of the Deed of Trust mentioned in this Amended Notice of Trustee's Sale. /s/ Brenda Burnett Notary Public - State of Idaho Comm No. 10581 My Comm. Expires March 25, 2025 NOTICE REQUIRED BY IDAHO LAW Mortgage foreclosure is a legal proceeding where a lender terminates a borrower's interest in property to satisfy unpaid debt secured by the property. This can mean that when a homeowner gets behind on his or her mortgage payments, the lender forces a sale of the home on which the mortgage loan is based. Some individuals or businesses may say they can "save" your home from foreclosure. You should be cautious about such claims. It is important that you understand all the terms of a plan to "rescue" you from mortgage foreclosure and how it will affect you. It may result in your losing valuable equity that you may have in your home. If possible, you should consult with an attorney or financial professional to find out what other options you may have. Do not delay seeking advice, because the longer you wait, the fewer options you may have. Under Idaho law, you have five (5) days to rescind or undo certain contracts or agreements that relate to transferring interests in property or money in a foreclosure situation. An attorney or financial professional can tell you more about this option. SNP LEGAL 6731 AD# 288279 APRIL 30, MAY 7, 14, 21, 2019

I was encouraged to see the response (Daily Bee, April 11) Brenda Hammond, president of Bonner County Human Rights Task Force gave to my letter to the editor (Daily Bee, March ). It certainly did continue to keep the door open on this dialogue from my end because of the confusion on one point in particular. I was happy to see you included the BCHRTF mission, “to affirm the American principles and ideals of the inviolable (defined as never to be broken, infringed, or dishonored) dignity and worth of each human being.” Reading your mission statement and taking it at face value you and all your members have taken a stand even though you say you do not take a stand on abortion rights. You then said that the issue of abortion is very complex, you talked about religious and spiritual beliefs and finished your paragraph giving the example of questioning when a fetus becomes a human being.

Contradictions in the debate over abortion

Mr. Pope and Mr. Knapp are right to raise the question of the rights of unborn babies. Of course this is a much thornier issue than environmental rights per se. People have a right to a clean environment, but there are no other people with a conflicting human right to an unhealthy environment. Environmental rights are in harmony; everyone is on the same side.

On our way home on a recent Tuesday afternoon, my husband and I took the back way home. We took Peewee Trail Road through to Quartz Creek. Well on the backside, it was ice coming down, so my husband put chains on to be on the safe side. We made it to the bottom safely and we stopped to take the chains off at Quartz Creek and Highway 57 where the pull-off is.

Ankylosing Spondylitis. Nope, not characters in a Greek tragedy, but a rare chronic inflammatory arthritis. I hit the internet to find out what this disease is and what causes it.

(Sign)/s/ Brenda Burnett (Stamp) Brenda Burnett, Notary Public - State of Idaho Comm. No. 10581, My Comm. Expires March 19, 2019 NOTICE REQUIRED BY IDAHO LAW Mortgage foreclosure is a legal proceeding where a lender terminates a borrower's interest in property to satisfy unpaid debt secured by the property. This can mean that when a homeowner gets behind on his or her mortgage payments, the lender forces a sale of the home on which the mortgage loan is based. Some individuals or businesses may say they can "save"your home from foreclosure. You should be cautious about such claims. It is important that you understand all the terms of a plan to "rescue"you from mortgage foreclosure and how it will affect you. It may result in your losing valuable equity that you may have in your home. If possible, you should consult with an attorney or financial professional to find out what other options you may have. Do not delay seeking advice, because the longer you wait, the fewer options you may have. Under Idaho law, you have five (5)days to rescind or undo certain contracts or agreements that relate to transferring interests in property or money in a foreclosure situation. An attorney or financial professional can tell you more about this option. SNP LEGAL 6647 AD# 277469 MARCH 26, APRIL 2, 9,16, 2019

Rodney Carl Moline barreled into this world on Dec. 14, 1950. Born to Virgil and Marilyn Moline (now Marilyn Palmer), Rod romped through childhood at the family home in Cocolalla, Idaho. He was a protective and mischievous older brother to his two younger sisters, Lucille Blydenstein and Crystal Gunter. Rod thrived in the outdoors, combing through North Idaho for adventures on foot, horseback, and always with friends and family at his side. He attended Southside Elementary and graduated from Sandpoint High School in 1970, where he participated in wrestling, track and baseball, and met lifelong friends. He often told stories from those days out hunting, fishing, and something about collecting outhouses for a bonfire — although the details are a bit hazy.

He makes this argument despite the fact that there is strong evidence CO2 levels have exceeded this limit multiple times in the past. It would be informative if Mr. Heil would provide a source for what he calls a “proven fact.”

Connect with Jesus for strength, peace

Do you ever find yourself worn out and tired? I’m not talking about a heavy work schedule, but maybe that needs an adjustment, too. I’m talking about being worn out in life. You’re going through life, but it really feels like life is simply going by you. You find yourself simply dissatisfied … the life that culture wants you to live is just flat out not paying off for you. You are lacking true meaning and purpose and it is wearing you down. You know in your heart that you are not nearly as close to Jesus as he wants you to be, as you want you to be.

(Sign)_/s/ Brenda Burnett (Stamp) Brenda Burnett, Notary Public - State of Idaho Comm. No. 10581, My Comm Expires March 19, 2019 NOTICE REQUIRED BY IDAHO LAW Mortgage foreclosure is a legal proceeding where a lender terminates a borrower's interest in property to satisfy unpaid debt secured by the property. SNP LEGAL 6640 AD# 276826 MARCH 20, 27, APRIL 3, 10, 2019

The above Grantor is named to comply with Idaho Code Section 45-1506(4)(a). No representation is made that they are or are not presently responsible for this obligation. The default for which this sale is to be made is failure to pay with due monthly payments, as set forth on the Promissory Note, executed by and between the parties on July 11, 2012 in the principal amount of $64,423.91, secured by said Deed of Trust, with monthly payments in the amount of $579.00 due on the 13th day of each month, with said payments being unpaid since July 13, 2018. DATED this 6th day of March, 2019. /s/ Josh Hickey Josh Hickey, Successor Trustee STATE OF IDAHO COUNTY OF BONNER This record was acknowledged before me on March 6, 2019, by Josh Hickey as Successor Trustee of the Deed of Trust mentioned in this Notice of Trustee's Sale.

As an Idahoan, I acknowledge that our legislators in Boise are elected to be our representatives. However, when citizens feel strongly that there is an issue which demands consideration by all Idahoans, the initiative process allows voters the opportunity to propose laws. I am opposed to HB 1159 because it restricts citizen involvement, attempts to quiet our voices and adds nearly insurmountable barriers to the initiative process.

The current bill to restrain the rights of the citizens of Idaho to pass referendums, rights which have been in effect since 1912, marks a turning point in this state’s and this country’s experiment in self-government. You are a political entity and so sway and conform to the winds of your party and to the current times. Sadly, I realize that you have little motivation to regard the larger picture — especially when reelection is tangible whereas our country’s history, and the larger philosophical ideals of a liberal democracy including self governance, freedom of (and from) religion, and free speech are all more distant and blurry.

We’ll be able to rebuild our failing infrastructure, construct a new sewer plant and still have money left over to perhaps construct a “Kibbee” type dome over Memorial Field’s new artificial turf. The tax revenue alone from the high rise waterfront condos around the Statue of Liberty will provide the city with M&O funding for the foreseeable future.

The above Grantor is named to comply with Idaho Code Section 45-1506(4)(a). No representation is made that they are or are not presently responsible for this obligation. The default for which this sale is to be made is failure to pay with due monthly installment payments under the Promissory Note dated June 5, 2007, in the amount of $550.00 each, for the months of November 2016 through February 2019, inclusive; and for each and every month thereafter until date of sale or reimbursement. SNP LEGAL 6640 AD# 276826 MARCH 20, 27, APRIL 3, 10, 2019
